We offer classes for boys and girls from the age of 5 upwards.

Each class in our recreational gymnastics program is designed to maximise fun while learning.

 

Classes focus on developing strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence while learning new and exciting skills on various disciplines.

Sunday funday​

Sunday Funday is a series of themed classes available for current members of AGC only.

​

These classes have limited availability and booking online is essential.

​

Competitive program

 

Gymnasts will be given the opportunity to work on more challenging skills and to compete at Gymnastic Ireland Events.

​

Admission to competitive classes is by invitation only.

Special Needs

​

We offer all inclusive classes giving children with disabilities the opportunity to develop physical fitness, strength, balance, flexibility, coordination and confidence.
